📦 Orders & Tracking

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by logging into your account at RebelsMarket Order Tracking. Click on the order in question and select "Track Package" to view real-time updates. 

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder for an email from support@rebelsmarket.com If it’s not there, contact us via email or text.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Contact us immediately at support@rebelsmarket.com or text us at +1-415-231-1068.


🚚 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping (Free on most items): Delivered within 3–15 business days, depending on the destination and product.

  • Priority Express (Optional): Delivered within 3–5 business days for eligible products at an added cost.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is available on most items. Priority Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from both U.S. and international warehouses, depending on the brand and manufacturer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries around the world.

Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?
To get your items to you faster, we may split your order into multiple shipments from different warehouse locations.


👞 Made-to-Order Leather Products

What’s the shipping policy for Made-to-Order items?
Made-to-order leather shoes are handcrafted and may take longer to arrive. Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. These items are eligible for returns under our standard 30-day return policy.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for most items. Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and with original tags. Please see individual product pages for any exceptions.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, we’re happy to assist you with placing a new order for the correct item after your return is initiated. Just contact our support team and we’ll take care of you!

How do I start a return?
Log in to your account at RebelsMarket Returns, find the order you wish to return, and follow the prompts.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is received and passes inspection. Some banks may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund.

Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Are there any return exceptions?
Yes. We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or non-returnable items

  • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)

  • Items that are worn, washed, or missing original tags

  • Orders with incorrect address info provided by the customer


👕 Sizing & Product Info

How do I know what size to order?
Check the size chart on each product page. Still unsure? Reach out to our support team—we’re happy to help.

Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! Many of our items come in extended sizes, including plus.


💳 Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and many alternative payment methods depending on your location.

Do you offer payment plans or installment options?
Yes! Most of our products are eligible for installment payment options such as Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay Later, depending on your location and checkout preferences.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.


👤 Accounts & Rewards

Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account is recommended for a smoother experience, including order tracking, faster checkout, and easy returns.

Do you offer rewards or points?
We currently do not offer a points or rewards program—but stay tuned!

Do you sell gift cards?
Not at this time.


🎁 Promotions & Discounts

How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Apply Coupon” field.

Can I use more than one discount code?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.

I forgot to use my code—can it be applied later?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after your order has been placed.


🛠️ Product Issues

My item is damaged or incorrect—what do I do?
Contact us at support@rebelsmarket.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
