Shipping and returns

We want you to love everything you buy from RebelsMarket. If something isn't quite right, we make returns as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please review our full return and refund policy below.


🛍️ General Return Policy

You may return eligible items for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition.

  2. All original tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers (if applicable) must be intact.

  3. Returns must be initiated through your RebelsMarket account here.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions or appear to be worn, altered, or damaged.


🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.

  • Custom-made or personalized items, including products made to your design or sizing specifications.

  • Items received more than 30 days ago.

  • Items returned without authorization, or to the wrong address.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Returns resulting from circumstances outside RebelsMarket’s control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).

  • Free gifts or promotional items.

Note: Made-to-order items (such as handcrafted leather shoes) are returnable under our standard policy unless stated otherwise.


🔁 We Don’t Offer Exchanges (But We’ll Help You!)

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item or need a different size, we’re happy to help you place a new order once your return is initiated.


💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only after the returned item passes quality inspection. Here's what to expect:

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days after receipt.

  • Your bank may take up to 30 days to reflect the refund.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to RebelsMarket’s error.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.


📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Go to your account at RebelsMarket Returns.

  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Submit your reason for return, any feedback, and confirm.

  4. Print the return shipping label (if provided) and send your item back.

If you choose to use your own shipping method, please retain your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.

📬 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package was marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived:

  • Wait 72 hours—carriers often mark deliveries early.

  • Check with neighbors or building management.

  • Still missing? Email us at support@rebelsmarket.com

Please report lost packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We may ask you to file a claim with the shipping carrier if sufficient tracking info is not available.


🔧 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@rebelsmarket.com

  2. Include photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.


📌 Additional Notes

  • International returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method—we cannot issue refunds to alternate cards or accounts.

  • Store credit refunds are not currently available.
